These are the terms for GreaseGiant's text messages. Short version: we text you about the pickup you asked for, we don't blast you, and STOP works.
What the messages are
GreaseGiant (a trade name of FreeFlow Insights Incorporated) sends customer-care text messages from (833) 991-7861 about your request and your service. That means things like:
- Confirming we got your quote request and that we're about to call you.
- Scheduling, confirming, or updating a pickup or grease trap service.
- Answering a question you texted us.
We do not send marketing blasts to this list, and we do not text you on behalf of anyone else.
How you sign up
You agree to receive these texts when you do any of these things:
- Submit the quote form on greasegiant.com with your mobile number. The consent language is shown on the form itself, right where you submit it.
- Give your mobile number to a GreaseGiant representative and ask us to text you.
- Text us first at (833) 991-7861.
Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. If you'd rather we only called or emailed, say so and we will.
How often
Message frequency varies with your service. Most people get a handful of messages around a pickup request — we don't have a recurring campaign that texts you on a schedule.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge you for the messages; your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.
Stopping the messages
Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting that number. You'll get one final message confirming it. You can also call us at (833) 991-7861 or email [email protected] and ask.
If you opt out and later want the messages back, reply START or just tell us.
Getting help
Reply HELP to any message for contact information, or reach us directly at (833) 991-7861 or [email protected]. Our line is open 24/7.
Your number
We do not sell or share your mobile number, or the fact that you agreed to receive texts, with third parties for their own marketing. The only outside company that touches your number for messaging is Twilio, which carries the messages for us. Our full privacy policy has the rest.
Carriers
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all handsets or carriers support every kind of message.
Changes
If these terms change we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
